That is difficult to answer as there are a multitude of options. Refacing versus new cabinets. Custom versus semi-custom cabinets. Countertop material, additional work required (electrical/plumbing/flooring.…etc, etc.

When you see advertisements for $200 windows at a hardware store, these are typically the lowest of quality - made for new construction to keep costs low. They often carry poor warranty coverage (if any at all) and are priced without install, meaning you will be responsible for finding a contractor to install them. If your contractor is not an authorized installer, this can also void what warranties they do carry. You can save money by purchasing these windows, but they offer poor build quality and little in the way of energy efficiency. You will likely be looking for replacements for your replacement windows within 5-10 years.
Above the builder grade level, there are a host of options. Window style (double-hung, casement, slider, etc), material (wood, vinyl, fiberglass, etc), glass (number of panes and quality of low-e coatings), and spacers (aluminum, stainless steel, Mylar foam) will all determine price, as will the quality of your install team. Manufacturer must also be considered, as Andersen or Pela windows will cost considerably more than a generic regional manufacturer. You typically get exactly what you pay for in this industry, however, and paying more for a trusted brand gives you the peace of mind that comes with knowing they will be around to back their product for years to come.
As a general rule, an average replacement window of reasonable quality can cost anywhere between $800 and $2,500 installed.
